Tenants and other key stakeholders are involved in defining services, so they can influence what we do, how much it costs and can help us to improve the quality of the services we deliver.

ClwydAlyn is also committed to adhering to both ethical and moral obligations in conducting our procurement of goods and services.

Our first step is to establish whether or not the goods, works or services are covered by an existing contract or framework. If they are, then we must use that supplier, if not, then the value of the contract has an effect on the procurement process as detailed below.

- Purchases of this value will have at least one written quotation with suppliers selected from an approved list.
- Purchases of this value will have at least three written quotations with suppliers selected from an approved list.
- Purchases of this amount will normally be advertised on Sell2Wales or suppliers will be selected through a formal quotation.
- Purchases of this amount will be advertised on Sell2Wales through an open or restricted tender.
