Here at ClwydAlyn, we are dedicated to providing a fully inclusive service where differences are celebrated, and our staff and residents feel supported and valued for who they truly are.

We will be reaching out to residents to complete our ‘Getting To Know You’ form so that we can continue our mission to eliminate discrimination and promote equal opportunities for all. We closely monitor and analyse this information to ensure that our processes are fair, transparent and promote equality of opportunity for all service users, residents and applicants.

In addition, it’s crucial for us to make sure that everyone can access our services fairly. Having residents valued input will enable us to plan and deliver services more effectively and tailor them to individual tenants and service users. Our form has the option for our residents to opt out of sharing their personal information, so if residents want us to keep our nose out they can select the prefer not to say on our form.
