• Enquiries about applications for rented accommodation/ transfer requests
• Reporting incidents of anti-social behaviour
• General enquiries
• Report a repair

If one of our Customer Services Advisors is unable to deal with your enquiry they will arrange for an appropriate officer to call you back within 5 working days.
