The Met Office has issued a Severe Weather Warning for Saturday and Sunday as Storm Bert heads towards the UK. The weather system will bring heavy rain and snow, together with strong winds to large swathes of the country: Wales weather – Met Office.
All our services are open and running as effectively as they possible can, despite the difficult weather conditions. Over the weekend we may have an increase in the number of emergencies that we will need to attend, particularly roofing and guttering, so we ask for your patience as we attend to jobs.
Our maintenance teams are taking extra care when driving between appointments, and depending on the number of emergencies we receive, this may mean it takes a little longer to get to you.
Storm Bert is quite slow moving and only really clears from Monday. The start of the week will continue to be unsettled, with strong winds and showers in the forecast.
For all emergencies, please contact us on 0800 183 5757.
For non-urgent requests or repairs please log in to MyClwydAlyn or email help@clwydalyn.co.uk.
