ClwydAlyn Housing, a North Wales housing association, has been honoured with the Best for Mental Health & Wellbeing award at the reputable 2024 Working Families Best Practice Awards, recognising their exceptional commitment to employee health and innovative wellbeing initiatives.

Working Families is the UK’s national charity for working parents and carers, and their annual awards celebrate outstanding employers and family-friendly champions who are setting new standards for employee-friendly workplaces.

ClwydAlyn Housing won for its dedication to employee wellbeing, solidified by their recent Gold level Wellbeing Quality Mark from Mental Health First Aid Wales. Being only one of five organisations in Wales with the with the Gold Quality Mark logo, as well as having 145 staff members trained as Mental Health First Aiders, the housing association and their Health and Wellbeing Team are clearly passionate about ensuring employee happiness and satisfaction.

We’re thrilled to have won the Best for Mental Health & Wellbeing award sponsored by Independent Living Fund Scotland. It’s fantastic to see the hard work of the Health and Wellbeing Team being recognised through this prestigious award. The team care so much about our employees and have created such a positive working environment, one where everyone is encouraged to lead healthy lives and make choices to support their wellbeing.
